Commercial HVAC Equipment We Service and Install

Trimark Mechanical works on every major commercial HVAC system and manufacturer. We know mission-driven organizations rely on reliable heating and cooling to keep their doors open and their communities comfortable. Below is the equipment we handle most, along with the brands we’re factory-certified to service.
Chillers
Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers keep larger campuses running, whether it’s a church with a classroom wing, a multi-tenant building, or a school with a central plant. Because a chiller plant rarely has a running backup, failures often happen at peak heat. We handle everything from routine maintenance to overhauls and replacements, focusing heavily on preventive care so you aren’t left managing a high-cost midsummer emergency.
Boilers
Boilers supply steady heat for sanctuaries, classrooms, and hydronic systems. We maintain, repair, and replace boilers of all sizes. Our technicians regularly check the hidden wear points (like heat exchangers, controls, and combustion efficiency) to keep your facility warm and avoid midwinter outages.
VRF and VRV systems
Variable flow systems give you precise, room-by-room control so you can heat one wing while cooling another, or only condition spaces that are actively in use. We install and service VRF and VRV systems tailored for fellowship halls, classrooms, and multi-tenant spaces with changing daily schedules.
Rooftop package units
Rooftop package units are a reliable choice for sanctuaries and single-zone spaces, bringing large areas to the right temperature and holding it there efficiently. We repair, service, and replace package units, and we frequently step in to fix or reinstall systems that weren’t put in correctly the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only service the brands you’re certified in?
No. We’re factory-certified on Liebert/Emerson, Mitsubishi Electric, Stulz, Daikin, and Carrier’s i-Vu building automation system, and we service equipment from every major commercial manufacturer, including AAON, Trane, York, and the rest of the brands listed above.
Can you service equipment you didn’t originally install?
Yes. Most of our clients come to us with equipment installed by another contractor. We take responsibility for a system’s performance regardless of who installed it.
Do you support older or discontinued equipment?
In most cases, yes. We maintain and repair legacy systems well past the point other contractors push a full replacement, and we’ll tell you honestly when a part or a system is actually reaching the end of what’s serviceable.
How do you decide whether to repair or replace a piece of equipment?
It comes down to age, condition, and what a repair actually buys you. As part of our long-term capital planning service, we assess your equipment against realistic replacement costs so that the decision is based on your numbers, not a sales target.
